To our valued colleagues and customers,


We know these are concerning times and that you and your teams are trying to ‘carry on as normal’ whilst doing your best to look after your own customers, your friends and family.


The team at Vaclensa (part of Tennant Company) are aware of our important role in making sure you and your business have the equipment you need, and we want to reassure you that we are working hard to ensure our stock levels and supply chain remain appropriate and operational.


We are taking our responsibilities to respond to the issues resulting from Coronavirus – Covid 19 very seriously. First and foremost, looking after you and your business is a top priority, which is why we are closely monitoring the advice from Government to make sure we are doing the right things.

In our Offices, Warehouses and Workshops


Just as we do at our homes, we are making every effort to limit the spread of bacteria within our premises. Our in-house cleaning teams have been directed to focus on cleaning more frequently in the ‘high traffic’ areas. Through our state-of-the-art internal communication and IT systems, many of our office-based staff can easily and effectively work from home with minimal disruption to workflow.




Demand for online shopping and customer enquiries via our online contact forms has increased but our staff are doubling their efforts to ensure customer enquiries and any concerns are answered and addressed as soon as possible. Vaclensa has an outstanding customer service team and we are confident this level of superior customer support will continue throughout this period.


On our shelves


We’re working around the clock to make sure we’re doing everything we can to keep products available for our valued customers. In anticipation of any possible supply chain disruption stock holding has been increased for both machines and spare parts in order that we meet sales orders and ensure we can easily fulfil our service obligations to our customers.



Finally, we would like to take a moment to thank our teams for their incredible efforts during these unprecedented times. We apologise if you have experienced any issues regarding deliveries, training or support, but ask that you be patient as we try to do our very best during these unprecedented times.
